Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item is received damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be damaged or incorrect.

• A clear unboxing video is required showing:

- The unopened parcel

- The unsealing process

- The contents inside
